Responsible Gaming
Version: 1.0 | Last Updated: 18 August 2026
At betonredreview.com, we believe that gambling should be an enjoyable, recreational activity enjoyed responsibly. We are committed to providing a safe and transparent environment for all Players. This Responsible Gaming Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. If at any time you feel that gambling is no longer fun or is causing harm, please use the tools and resources described on this page.
1. Our Commitment
1.1. Responsible Gaming Philosophy
We are dedicated to fostering a gambling environment that prioritises player welfare. This means actively working to prevent problem gambling, underage gambling, and the exploitation of vulnerable individuals. Our commitment extends to:
- Providing effective Player Protection Tools that are easy to access and activate;
- Training our support staff to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling;
- Promoting awareness of responsible gambling practices through clear and accessible information;
- Cooperating with organisations that provide gambling harm prevention and treatment services;
- Regularly reviewing and improving our responsible gaming measures in line with industry best practices.
1.2. Gambling as Entertainment
Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a means of generating income or escaping personal problems. We remind all Players that the house always maintains a mathematical edge, and that losses are a possible and expected outcome of gambling. Please only ever gamble with money you can afford to lose.
2. Recognising Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or experience. It is important to recognise the warning signs early. Ask yourself the following questions honestly:
- Do you find yourself gambling with money intended for essential expenses such as rent, food, or bills?
- Do you feel an irresistible urge to gamble even when you know you should stop?
- Have you tried to cut down or stop gambling but found yourself unable to do so?
- Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you are not gambling or when you try to stop?
- Do you gamble to escape feelings of depression, anxiety, loneliness, or other emotional difficulties?
- Do you chase your losses — that is, gamble more in an attempt to win back money you have lost?
- Have you lied to family members, friends, or colleagues about the extent of your gambling activity?
- Has gambling caused serious problems in your relationships, employment, or financial situation?
- Have you borrowed money, sold possessions, or taken other financial risks in order to fund your gambling?
- Do you find that you need to gamble with increasingly larger amounts of money in order to feel the same level of excitement?
If you answered yes to two or more of these questions, you may be experiencing problem gambling. We strongly encourage you to use the tools available on this Platform and to seek professional support. You are not alone — help is available.
3. Player Protection Tools
We offer a comprehensive suite of Player Protection Tools designed to help you stay in control of your gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge and can be activated by contacting our support team at [email protected] or through your Account settings.
3.1. Deposit Limits
You may set a limit on the amount you can deposit into your Account over a specified time period:
- Daily deposit limit
- Weekly deposit limit
- Monthly deposit limit
Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active, to allow for reflection.
3.2. Loss Limits
You may set a cap on the total net losses you can incur over a defined period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once your loss limit is reached, you will not be able to place further bets until the limit period resets. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require the same 24-hour cooling-off period.
3.3. Wager / Bet Limits
You may restrict the maximum stake you can place per bet or per spin. This is especially useful if you want to manage the speed at which your funds are depleted during a gambling session.
3.4. Session Time Limits
You may set a maximum duration for a single gambling session. Once your session limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out and will not be able to log back in until a cooling-off period has elapsed. You can also enable session time notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a defined period.
3.5. Cooling-Off Period
A cooling-off period allows you to take a temporary break from gambling. You may request a cooling-off period of:
- 24 hours
- 7 days
- 30 days
- Any other period you specify
During a cooling-off period, your Account will be suspended for gameplay purposes. You will not receive any promotional communications during this time. Cooling-off periods take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before their expiry.
3.6. Self-Exclusion
If you feel that you need a longer break or wish to permanently stop gambling on the Platform, you may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion options include:
- Short-term self-exclusion: 6 months;
- Medium-term self-exclusion: 1 year or 2 years;
- Permanent self-exclusion: indefinite exclusion with no option to reinstate.
Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Once active, you will not be able to access your Account or reverse the exclusion during the agreed period. We will remove you from all marketing lists immediately. To request self-exclusion, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". We will confirm activation of your exclusion by email.
We also encourage Players who have self-excluded to make use of third-party tools and national self-exclusion schemes administered by regulatory bodies in their jurisdiction.
3.7. Reality Check
You may enable a Reality Check feature that displays a pop-up notification at regular intervals during your gambling session, reminding you of the time elapsed and the amount wagered. This helps maintain awareness of your activity in real time.
4. Tips for Responsible Gambling
We recommend the following practices to all Players:
- Set a budget before you begin playing and stick to it — never spend more than you can comfortably afford to lose;
- Set a time limit for each gambling session and adhere to it;
- Do not chase losses — accept that losing is a normal part of gambling and walk away when your budget is exhausted;
- Take regular breaks during sessions to maintain a clear head and perspective;
- Balance gambling with other leisure activities — gambling should be just one of many recreational pursuits;
- Never gamble under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs your judgment;
- Do not gamble when you are feeling stressed, upset, depressed, or emotionally vulnerable;
- Keep track of the time and money you spend gambling by using our built-in session history tools;
- Understand the games you play — familiarise yourself with rules, odds, and RTPs before placing real money bets.
5. Protection of Minors
5.1. Minimum Age
Access to the Platform and all gambling services is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21 years. We employ robust age verification measures at registration and carry out ongoing KYC checks to ensure compliance.
5.2. Parental Controls
If you share your device with children or young persons, we strongly recommend the use of parental control software to prevent access to gambling websites. The following filtering tools may be helpful:
- Gamban (gamban.com) — software that blocks gambling websites across all devices;
- Net Nanny (netnanny.com);
- Bark (bark.us);
- Your internet service provider's parental control features.
5.3. Protecting Your Account
- Never share your Account login credentials with any person, including minors;
- Always log out of your Account when you have finished a session;
- Do not save your password on shared or family devices;
- If you suspect a minor has accessed your Account, contact us immediately at [email protected].
